This is definitely some final destination shit

Final Destination 2, to be exact.

Without a doubt I still don't trust logging trucks to this day

I refuse to drive behind them.

I don't trust any flatbeds with a tied down load and give them a wide berth. There was an accident here in Melbourne, FL on I95 just last week where a bunch of spools of wire weren't properly tied down and came off the truck causing accidents and injuries.

Daniel is sooooo OCD about the freight he transports, so at least there’s one trucker on the road who is trustworthy lol

That is a negative from me ma'am I actually want to get to my destination and I sure as heck don't want it to be the final one 😉

I wear glasses and people ask me why I don't get Lasik? Umm no!

Won't catch my ass behind 1 of these trucks

Nope!

Yep. Fuuuuuuuuuuuck that

😂🙌🏼

I might be an rtarded but I'm not retarded. I stay away from those things like a Muslim stays away from bacon.

Wait till GenZ and millennials see Jaws

Elder millennial here (on the cusp of the younger side of Gen X) and I love that movie! I’m pretty sure my generation is familiar with it lol

You would be surprised

I avoid trucks that carry anything obvious that can fall and k1ll me through the windshield. Legit, just can’t.

Final Destination has a grip on a generation of people.

Behind the scenes shows that a log falling off and impaling you is almost impossible

Yeah, and?

Don’t be a bitch

Uhhhh. Ok.

I'm not as traumatized as some others, but that movie is the first thing that pops into my head whenever I see a long bed truck with material hanging off the back of it.

Thanks fam

My dad was walking to school in the first grade in the 50s... and saw a woman in a convertible that had rear ended a log truck's head with a blonde ponytail roll in front of him. That wasn't the only decapitation he ended up seeing in his life....

Working in the trucking industry only made my fear of these stronger Logging trucks and trailers are some of the worst maintained equipment out there. They take such a beating going to their job sites and many companies spend the bare minimum to maintain. There are a few good companies sure…..but the majority are rolling death traps and should be treated as such when you are near them

The producer of that movie ought to be receiving awards every year because they did a good thing by reducing the number of reckless drivers. If not for Final Destination, our world would have way more dangerous drivers out there.

When I passed my driver's test the instructor gave me a pat on the back because I kept us a perfect following distance with the logging truck that drove in front of me the whole test. I still feel like it was set up as part of the test.

The real question is, in all these years since then… why isn’t there some sort of tarp that wraps around the back of them damn log trucks!! 😮💨

Yeah, we've seen that movie. NOPE!

And driving behind this scene... NOPE

The closest I've come to that type of scenario, was years ago behind a lawncare company truck whose tailgate flew open and several mowers and other equipment came flying out into the road. Thankfully there wasn't much traffic and they weren't going very fast😱

I still can't use a propane grill because of that movie either, those movies is about like the movie Arachnophobia they all came with a permanent complex after watching them 😅

Fun fact: Final Destination 2 had to use CGI because real logs don't bounce. When the crew dropped actual logs on the road for the practical stunt, they just hit the asphalt with a thud and rolled away.

i’m telling you that movie might’ve saved lives cause I live by some rules in that shit

I remember when it was in the movies lmfao High as faux and that big ass timber plowing

I asked… WHYYYY are they following this truck so closely????

#traumatized

How the hello did I get behind 2🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yep. I’ve taught my kids to not ride behind those log trucks lol.

This cracks me up! I’ve never seen the movie but I’ve seen the clip. I live in Oregon, this is an everyday occurrence (not kidding). Just another day for me. I don’t think twice about it.

If you live in the Pacific Northwest you realize, being next to them is every bit as dangerous

@Guice54907918 Now imagine being behind a trash truck, that’s behind a logger truck, driving over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, on the way to ride a roller coaster….@Jane_Doe82 !
