@lawindsor @lawofruby Why is this leaking now, & not when she was first assigned? What does it say about the federal judiciary/district level when a senior or supervisory judge can’t-on their own-tweak an assignment based on case difficulty? This is done in the executive/legislative branches daily.

@lawofruby IANAL, but I am convinced the mechanism which got Aileen Cannon assigned to this case was NOT due to random rotation. Did anyone actually witness the process where her name came up for this assignment?

@mommydog67 @lawofruby She was incompetent in the first case and I would imagine that is the larger point. She's not up to the task and is completely ego driven.
