The war dragged in the anime because of all the filler. For people watching is straight through without filler then I think it's a much better experience. Madara cast the infinite tsukuyomi and the anime went into months of filler about dreams and ninja Flamingos 😆

2013-14 nothing was happening. If you get to binge it it’s probably better but week to week the pacing and the payoffs were bad Sakura not taking out obito’s eye for 3 weeks. Kakashi getting two sharigan from the dead, not seeing naruto become hokage… madara situation -

It was bad if you watched it weekly because of the fillers tbh. It completely broke the rhythm. It made me switch to the manga and finish the story there before going back to watch it. Without the fillers it is 10/10 tho.
