Is not it rather ridiculous that F&F ATGM has better tracking and hit ratio against aircraft than actual Surface-To-Air missile MANPADs on vehicles like Type 93 ? 🤔

The thing is, sure it can fire the 70mm ATGMs on the move but what about the IR lock on for hulled down vehicles? Given that armored vehicles give off such a heavy heat signature I'd hope that the exhaust signature wouldn't be required. Unless I could be wrong
