Such a weird call... The radio conversation made it sound like it was a welfare check, but then that's a lot of cops for a welfare check... Also, you'd think he'd have checked the doorbell video before coming out like that... It also looked like he should have hit the wall behind her but I don't see any signs of impact or markings after she ducks down... like was he shooting blanks and going for suicide by cop?
