I don’t like them, but let’s be honest. The cops had absolutely 0 probable cause to stop them. It’s stop after suspecting a crime. Not stop them first, then figure out a crime. They never said they were detained, so him running isn’t a crime. It wasn’t a consensual encounter with the cops.
