I’ve had carbonara prepared in a parmigiana wheel before. It was good. It was less than $15. There wasn’t any white truffle involved, and it was before Biden was in office so that could account for the price difference.

I mean actually though black truffle is expensive AF idk what cheese that is but straight from the wheel is insane. Between the food, the experience, and the restaurant itself I wouldn't be shocked
