It's all impressive, but the main thing I picked up on was the camera work and how they seemlessly went up and down the ladders.

That’s about £300,000 of renovation. Honestly… what’s the point? Even if he’s the architect and builder it’s still £200,000 minimum. Just buy a bigger house dude.
