I hope they make a full documentary about the making of this movie. It was soo fucking food
Also, Tom actually performed 80% of the fight scenes in the movie himself. Fan Xiaoshuang, the actress who played the female ninja, mentioned this during a livestream. She also said that Tom is incredibly athletic and completed most of the action sequences on his own.
Tom clearly did shoot some footage with that camera himself—the director personally said the rig allowed Tom to operate it on his own. However, the segment in this BTS clip involving the Hand was actually done by a stunt double, as shown on the director's Instagram.

No double. No CGI. Just Tom Holland being unhinged in q camara helmet
The pure joy of watching Tom fully commit every single time....
Holland demonstrates the downward-facing forehead camera and mirror setup used to capture dynamic fight choreography against multiple red-clad opponents on a practical set ...
@JuanEditzs WHY DID THEY CUT THISSS
No, Tom also used this camera to shoot, but the later part wasn't Tom—it was a stunt double. I saw the director's post and the stunt double's claim on Instagram.
