Some people don’t know this about marriage in Ontario. 16 is okay to get married.
Who’s videoing them? For me, child marriage is the worst thing that can happen to any girl/boy child. Allow them to grow to become adults. To enable them choose who is best for them. If it’s true that she’s his wife, he should return that little girl to her parents.
