The relief he felt.

I believe it!

Poor cow!

It's gonna feel relief immediately.

The smell will be felt from miles away

@LynneB8898 Slow progress. I wonder if they treat the infection as well.

@LynneB8898 Definitely!

@pr0ud_americans To be clear, the hypo os used to break up the solids inside the abcess, then an incision is made for drainage. Antibiotics are administered. The abcess incision is flushed and sprayed with povidone. Performed a few of these myself.

That's gross! Poor cow!

It helped the cow!

@Littletrae64 a vet named Lance?

This is abscess, walled-off pocket of pus caused by a bacterial infection In cattle, common livestock treatment for abscesses often from injuries, bites, or infections.

Vet went full pressure washer mode, poor cow’s relief was visible from space.

I made this in my arm

I’ve seen way worse than that.

Really?

Use a bigger needle

That massive lump finally got drained and the cow looked like it just won the lottery.

Poor cow🥺🥺

That must be so painful

Should be bursitis?

@Texas_jeep_guy You’ll be better soon Cow

Oh my goodness

@LynneB8898 That was interesting to watch. I think that seems the easiest way to deal with it. That one is large. That drain is tiny. I wonder how long it would take to drain.

@TonyLaneNV Reminds of slalwell

So draining doesnt address the cause. What is the cause, it seems quite common in cattle world over.

Why does this seem like rock?

Normally lance something that big

The vet wasn’t gentle

Smell of that gunk must go crazy

@pr0ud_americans I bet that cow was like ahhhhh

What’s happening?? What are they treating?

@JakeCan72 What is it?

In Trader Joe's ground beef near you.

@grok is this a real process ?

Poor cow
