They’ve said they’ve given it to the FBI. You are not entitled to this footage. Candace Owens You can disagree with their decision while still being respectful of it. Do you or anyone else actually know that Erika herself isn’t the one behind this decision? Maybe she is. That’s completely reasonable.

This is every parent's worst nightmare, seeing your child in pain and helpless but can't do anything about it. Aisha Okasha is 12yrs old from Kano, she was born with disability which didn't stop from going to school, but now she has to stop because she is in pains, sometimes you can hear the sound of her bones when she is walking. The Doctors said if she continue walking without the artificial legs they she might lost her legs and might never get the chance to walk ever again. The leg is 668,000 naira. The single-leg RDL is a seriously underrated exercise for single-leg strength, hamstring resilience, and real hip stability. But it also humbles you. If your balance falls apart the moment you send your hips back, the issue is not balance. It means your glutes and hamstrings aren't controlling the hip, so your body goes looking for stability everywhere else. That’s why you wobble. Focus on these: - Tripod foot. Weight spread across big toe, little toe, and heel. Steady base, steady everything above it. - Slight, fixed knee bend. A small bend in the standing knee, held the whole rep. Hinge, not squat. - Straight rear leg. Keep it long and in line with your torso so it moves as one with you. - Level pelvis. Both hip bones facing the floor. Let it rotate open and your glute medius quits. Drive the hip straight back, feel the hamstring lengthen and take the load, then stand tall. If you get that right, the balance will be sorted.
