The crazy thing about brooks is not that he’s a better actor than Shatner, it’s that when the script calls for it he’s even a better *over* actor than Shatner.

also garaks calculation to sisko about the cost of the transaction was off by a bit. it didnt just cost the life of 1 romulan senator, 1 criminal, & the selfrespect of 1 starfleet officer, it also cost the lives of vreenaks aids, guards & shuttle crew. so a smaller bargain
