While i did not look at all records, the records I did see had the hospital suing which happens when you don't pay your medical debt - you know one of the only debts that is nearly impossible to discharge thanks to both parties. Hospitals are a business and want to make a profit - they are not charities anymore hence why they buy practices and locations to expand.
