The length of the rally is enabled by how weakly they’re hitting. I can legitimately hit overheads significantly harder than they are, and I suck.

This is the slowest sport. Badminton basic net warm-up is 10x more intense.

What we actually see is something I said years ago. Tennis got too fast and less interesting. The technical advancement killed a lot of game. This is now more interesting to watch than tennis and it would be great to bring back a league of standard slow wood rackets instead of high tech.
