That's so shameful Air India

@airindia They have launched a massive renovation program but results will only surface post Jan 25 however India and Indian companies lack communication skills especially relaying a clear message across to public at large

@airindia Looks like Tatas have not hired good managers after taking over AirIndia. These things can be easily fixed.

@airindia Hahaha..unbelievable that the entertainment system was not working during my travel last year and that's still the case even today!

@airindia To be fair to them…this old Dreamliner and obviously not maintained well….however with new aircraft, new infotainment and enhanced customer experience I experienced recently during my trip was just perfect. I wish @airindia all the best ❤️👍

@airindia I still avoid @airindia unless necessary Infact all @RNTata2000 products are ways below average, made for profit & lack quality. I say this with confidence as I have worked with @TataCompanies in the past. They are a great employer no doubt, but terrible at extracting quality
