We forgot that Himalayas represent the young fold mountains because they have formed only a few million years ago by a collision of the Eurasian plates as well as the Indo-Australian plates as a result of the Continental drift. Young fold mountains are 10 to 25 million years old

Extreme weather conditions don’t see the city , state or country. Just 2 weeks back we saw flooded city near Beijing. An entire island of Hawaii has burned just last week. Development or no development, these conditions are beyond control of humans.

These are absurd logics , nature isn't meant for anything. And these floods and landslides are all natural phenomenon which used to happen even before all these development spree
It is piling up and nature's fury refuses to halt. Years of greed, corruption and obsession with tourism, hotels and mindless development and hydro projects has resulted in this devastation.
@RoopaliSriv Commercial construction band hona chahiye.... Construction of Flats, multistory hotels and other such buildings should be banned in hilly areas. Only tented accommodation should be promoted for tourists.
Just travel on Dharampur to Kasauli. No road side available for widening. All full of hotels. Development in shape of tourism with no infrastructure. Total failure of @CMOFFICEHP @hp_tourism
