Fantastic explanation 👏 Isaiah 53:5 but he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed 🙏

Sin is not about breaking laws and earning wrath; it's a sickness that leads to death. God is not punishing us—sin itself separates us from Him, the source of life. Christ didn’t come to take our punishment but to heal, restore, and defeat death so we could share in His life.

Very good, and God bless him; but in any witness, private or public, it's best to quote some of the applicable scriptures. No matter how wise or eloquent we are, it's God's words that touch the heart, even if it's on a subliminal level that the Holy Spirit can bring to memory in the future. (Isaiah 55:11) I'm not nitpicking. I'm very glad that he finally got around to the direct answer: that God makes us perfect in Christ.

He missed one important aspect. How we obtain forgiveness, and that’s through confession. John 20:23. Through confession our sins are forgiven.

I just am confounded on how Jesus took that for me and how I gained before God. There is nothing as beautiful as the gospel!
