They’re just buildings. The Church can never be destroyed because it is Union with God through Christ Jesus. “God accepts the worship of those who worship in spirit and truth.” It’s not about a physical building anywhere nor an institution. It’s about giving praise to and honoring our creator, and we can do that anywhere alone or with others. Islam is physical. Followers of Christ are spiritual storing up for ourselves treasures in heaven.
