I stopped using Uber Eats for the same reason, those drivers steal our food Mr D is much better.

Mr D has never given me problems ever and it’s a South African company, iyekeni iurbereats for your mental wellbeing, imagine buying food and having anxiety and wondering if it will arrive weh!

Its happened to every one of us thus we have since never used them. @UberEats is beyond scammy nevermind that it is cheaper to driver to the outlet with the commissions they charge

They tried that scam a while back with me, when I told them I have cameras and I could prove their delivery never came, they refunded my money back.

Use Mr Delivery. Far more superior service. After having many issues with @UberEats I swapped to them and have never had an issue since. @Uber_Support

Same thing happened to me but I got refunded after 4 days. Blast them on their X page until they refund you

I did not get my order too, the driver took a picture at the gate and then left with my food.

You are not Stupid, this happened to me and my family in Thailand when we ordered Food from their App that side. The driver lied and said he called me multiple times but he never did. Because I am South African and our money in Thailand is almost 3 time more than their money. I just ignored the 890 Thai Bath they have Scammed me then I re ordered again. Its a trending Scam, be very careful guys.

From Uber Eats to Mr D? Lol Mr D ba tlo etsa transactions from your saved debit card. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Imagine getting a message hore MrD is trying to make a payment, that time you are not using the app , all the best

These illegal foreigners criminals motorbike 🏍 riders are stealing your food and selling it to people at lower prices... I know that ask how i will tell you., and they always brag about it, I can't even mention the spitting inside your McDonalds drinks

Had a similar issue in DBN, I ordered at 21:00 waited, I could see the driver was not moving from the shop on the app. The store got closed. I recived a message my order could not be delivered, but no refund. I lodged a complaint on the app, but the bot kept closing my tickites.

It happens a lot in cpt especially for evening orders rather do cash instead of using your card

It once happened to me. I went to the outlet to enquire and the manager was kind enough to match the order.

Don’t link your card to these apps, use the Pay on delivery option to limit this theft or just use MrD…… Stop using these apps bafwethu cos it’s illegal foreigners delivering this food- it just makes you and your family easy target prior 30june pleass

I am still fighting for money from last week, the app freezes. @Uber_Support @UberEats Cape Town scams, their bot makes it worse. I am back on Mr D

The EXACT issue happened to us in Stellenbosch. No refund, nothing. The driver simply took a picture of the pizzas & simply said this is proof that he delivered the pizza. That Uber bot agreed. CASE CLOSED!

This is why I opt for cash on delivery. Even with rides, they don't end trips after dropping you off. Zero enforcement from @UberEats or @Uber_Support

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR BANK CARDS IN THEIR APP .... ALWAYS USE CASH OPTION .... @Uber & @mrdelivery ARE NOTORIUS FOR THAT CRIME..... GO OPEN A CASE, THEY MUST REFUND YOU
