I stayed in almost all parts of Kerala for 20 days, while being a north Indian, i can safely say it's far better than many other states. Road clean ✅️ Policeman Helpful ✅️ Civic sense ✅️ and heights were this , when i was in outskirts of Alappuzha having tea at a tapri , a MLA came , in 1 single car , with no bodyguard, no beacon & no ego hat. He was very nice to the vendor gave a tip too after tea & went his way without making any fuss , believe you me when i say this , I have travelled to almost all states & that experience is extremely rare. There may be other issues with Kerala but the higher literacy rate surely reflects.

I have went to kerla Munnar in 2016 I was a 9 year old I haven’t forgotten the hotel the management. We had reached at 8 or 9 pm at the staff were awesome and welcomed us by ceremony they played cricket with me in hills provides us 5 star experience which I will never forget
