It’s a pleasure to be in Santa Marta, Colombia, for the Summit with the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States. Together with our partners, we will discuss how to strengthen our political and economic cooperation and security. We may be miles apart, but our values are close. My doorstep ahead of the EU-CELAC summit ↓
