As a former volunteer for a large furry con: Those are MINIMUMS. Especially if you fursuit, you need one shower plus one after every time you fursuit (you get stinky, EVERYONE DOES) Little Debbie snacks do not count as a meal. Have actual, real food. >6hr of sleep = CON CRUD

I think its not enougu but i think they combined a joke with a hope for people to do their due dilligence of "its better then nothing" I prefer to shower after each suit session..smelling good makes you more approachable...but its also better for your suit (and yourself)

Two meals is totally fine and one shower per day is pretty normal unless you're living somewhere boiling hot.
