The 80’s HBO intro went hard af

I remember when this first came out. They made a "behind the scenes" feature that covered how they filmed it and I was in awe. As a little kid, I wanted to play with that model town and all the cars. 🤣

This unlocked a memory I didn't know I had.

When you saw this you knew you were about to watch that good movie you missed at the theaters six months prior.

What's funny is that it took them months and an entire crew to make this intro. I could make this same intro in a few weeks using Blender by myself 🤣

This is forever burned into my brain. ❤️

@more_meat_loaf I remember this so well that I was humming along in my head, anticipating every next movement in the music.

Remember when they had an hour long documentary on how they made this? They were awfully proud of it.

I totally want the extended version of this to be played at my funeral.

Back when HBO still meant Home Box Office and they presented themselves as such.
