Yes, and by looking at NOAA's own data we have actually observed cooling in the past 25 years. Is that why they call it "climate change" instead of "global warming?" I also wish someone could explain why they think CO2, being a colorless and odorless gas, can reflect anything.

The 97% came about because they did 2 surveys. First, they asked a large group of various scientists if they felt AGW was real. @ 31% said yes. They then removed the 69% who said “no”, and surveyed the 31% again. On round 2, 97% of the original 31% said “yes” again.
