Islam and Communism is incompatible due to Marxist Socialist doctrine's adherence to Atheism. People understand that, don't they? That was a big reason Al-Shabaab was fighting Ilhan Omar's Authoritarian Socialist Barre Regime and ran them out of Somalia. They made it too hot for the Soviet Union to stay, and the Somalis were, well, they acted like Somalis. The Soviets pulled out of Somalia to Ethiopia and decided to back it's Marxist regime, which incidentally wad in a war with Somalia. Then we (the US) in typical feckless Cold War tit-for-tat maneuvering moved to back Somalia, who were Socialist. Ironic, isn't it?
