Jen McCabe was truthful and honest. To try and trip someone up regarding the people she called after a traumatizing event is silly, especially since she went to the trouble to contact the agent and clarify those calls which were to her brother-in-law, a friend, and her victim witness advocate. It's not like she contacted her Dad and an attorney... Alan Jackson also slipped in the word Agents, whenever he got the chance, despite the judge's ruling. Finally, what is the over under on Alan Jackson getting Jen McCabe to emphasize that Karen Read said, "I hit him! I hit him! I hit him! Putting the over under at 9. 🚨An ICE agent, in Palm Beach, threatened to arrest a U.S. citizen for standing in his own front yard. The video shows a man filming ICE agents surrounding and questioning a young man, which is happening directly in front of his home. While the man stands on his lawn, recording, an ICE agent walks onto the man’s property, points his finger at him, and orders him to move back 25 feet. The homeowner backs up and shouts: “This is MY PROPERTY!” And yet, the agent continues threatening him with arrest. For what exactly? Standing on his own lawn, while filming government agents operate in front of his driveway? Since when do Americans need permission from the federal government to stand in their own yard? The First Amendment protects the public’s right to observe and document government activity. Property rights don’t disappear because federal agents show up in your neighborhood. And if there was a legitimate safety concern requiring a “25-foot perimeter,” why was the agent able to simply turn around and walk away moments later? The Constitution doesn’t become optional when federal officers find it inconvenient.

Roecker has been charged with attempted murder for trying to run over a man with his car. The victim can be seen jumping and pulling out his gun as the driver tries running him over. As he gets tossed onto the hood of his Corvette, the victim pulls out a gun and starts shooting. Roecker then threw himself out of the window and fled on foot. He was later caught by police. They stole two iPhone 17s, a MacBook, designer clothes, bags, and other belongings, then ran off. The phones were sold for 8k. The guy woke up the next morning (Monday) to find everything gone. Once he got access to a phone, he set them up by pretending to be another man who wanted to meet. When the girls arrived, the police and the victim were waiting. They were arrested on the spot.

The victim was standing on the platform waiting for northbound No. 4 train at the 161st St.- Yankee Stadium subway station around 8 p.m. Wednesday when he got into an argument with three men he didn’t know. One of the suspects slashed him with a knife on his left abdomen, right eye and left side of his face. The prosecution recommended a 10-year sentence after Brice was found guilty of two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, but Circuit Judge Yvette M. Bryant rejected the sentence recommendation and gave him a much lighter sentence. One 73-year-old victim spent three days in a Trauma Center with an orbital fracture.
