Lack of supply, high mortgage rates and overpriced homes. Our corrupt government allowed illegal immigrants to obtain government backed home loans over the America-last Biden-Harris administration. The radical woke left would rather allow illegals to come pouring in over the border giving away US citizen tax dollars and government backed financing to them over us. The hard price we paid. Terrible leadership.

Turn loose the lumber and manufacturing industries by reducing regulations , cut interest rates so homes can be more affordable .

Scott younger generations like to spend their money on experiences. Vacations, instagrammable spots, fancy restaurants—New cars every three years. They don’t work a minute over 40 hours. We all make choices.

there is no program to help me with getting a new roof on SSD. So in the govt logic its ok for me to lose my home, 6 r 4 sale no moving, then I have to move into tax payer sub'd housing for the rest of my life vs. the roof cost. My rent was 540covid now 700. New ppl 1270.
