How does it deal with adversity? How does it deal with learning when it’s presented with new assumptions? For millions of people, Gary Lineker is the face of Match of the Day, but for millions more he is also the face of humility, warmth and decency. He had the courage to defend the humanity of refugees and to speak out against the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza. That should be recognised, remembered and celebrated. Gary will be a huge loss to the BBC, but we will never forget the compassion he has shown for others. Thank you Gary.

I just had to post one more video, of all of you wonderful people who have entered my world. I am so grateful to see that there is truly something that is connecting us, even though many of you i have not even met🌞 It makes me hopeful. Especially when i know many of us will continue to be good warriors for the world and the people out there who need us right now. Just like one day, we might need them. I love you all. And i am glad to be surrounded by so many people who dares to think for themselves. It’s overwhelming to be so informed, and in touch but still out of touch with the world. BUT i know when people get arrested for simply doing what they have to right to do as people - freedom of speech Then it’s the time to keep speaking. Shout even.

$When you actually talk to people on the ground in Minnesota, you realize we’re only seeing a fraction of how bad it really is. Everyday people are being harassed, thrown to the ground, arrested — living in an atmosphere of fear that never makes it onto national screens. Meanwhile, conservatives are shown a completely different story — with I.C.E. agents shown mainly as heroes and victims of protesters, not villains. Two realities, one country and a growing divide. This is a dangerous moment for democracy, and we have to listen to all the people who are living it.$

This is for all the people in the arena ( your life, your career, your family ) who are doing it for them .. not for the validation of the crowd One of the great issues in our society right now is that people live their lives for outside validation, for the clicks, for the likes, for the followers, for the comments. This isn't just in social media. This is happening in the analog and real world too. Too many people are keeping up with the Joneses and worried about what people think about them. They worry about what people think about how much money they have, what school they go to, or even worse, what school their kids go to, and on and on and on … I will continue to make content with the hope it breaks someone out of the hamster wheel and that’s that ❤️❤️❤️❤️

i just hope tian is okay right now. with all the false accusations and everything that’s been happening, i can’t even imagine what he must be going through. it honestly breaks my heart thinking about how overwhelming and hurtful this situation must be for him. i really hope he knows that so many of us truly don’t care about his past relationships at all. he is a grown adult and his personal life is his own. what matters to us is the person he is, the work he does, and the happiness he brings to so many people. and the truth is that tian has already shown multiple times that these accusations are false. even a lawyer pointed out that what he posted was not just a simple lawyer’s letter but a case notice stating malicious fabrication. in the entertainment industry most celebrities usually sue for defamation of reputation, but accusing someone of malicious fabrication is much more serious. yet even with official statements and legal action, some people still choose to ignore it and keep spreading rumors as if random posts online were more believable than documents with an official seal. that’s why this situation feels so frustrating and unfair. no matter what proof is shown, some people will still try to twist the narrative. but there are also many of us who see what is really happening and refuse to believe these rumors. more than anything, i just hope he is surrounded by people who support him and that he’s taking care of himself. i hope he knows there are still so many people sending him love and standing by him. at the end of the day we love him for who he is, not for some perfect image people try to force on him. he deserves peace and support, especially during a moment like this. 🤍
