It's actually quite easy to do this... Aggregating all the sensor feeds into one neat and user friendly HUD and turning it into a sick ass looking helmet is the hardest thing to develop.

The guy in front is not seeing behind the wall. More like, once the blue guys spotted the red guy, the front guy gets real time data or 'view' of the red guy so the blue guys don't need to transmit stuff (like how many enemies, the location etc) in other ways like radio
