On Tuesday I attended the opening of the renovated and expanded Australian War Memorial. The project cost us half a billion dollars, and I have to say it was money well spent. The memorial is magnificent. But then came what felt like a 15 minute Welcome to Country by someone presented as an Aboriginal elder who was the whitest man I’ve ever seen. It was a grift of epic proportions and a clear display of how far this radical Left ideology has gone. It just wouldn’t end, it was akin to a humiliation ritual. I couldn’t sit through it, so I walked outside until it was over and then went back inside. To make matters worse they didn’t even play the Australian national anthem, at the opening of Australia’s war memorial!! 😡 Canberra’s political class and residents are completely disconnected from the country, Canberra is broken.

If this is how this administration responds to a senator with a question, if this is how the department of homeland security responds to a senator with a question, you can only imagine what they're doing to farmworkers, to cooks, to day laborers out in the Los Angeles community and throughout California and throughout the country. We will hold this administration accountable."

For a long time, these people have been winning. The location of the first Melbourne March for Australia on August 31 was home to so-called “Invasion Day” protests just months prior. At those protests, they gloated about having “abolished” our celebrations — a scene repeated across the country. These anti-Australian radicals thought it was over.
