Working as a park ranger on night shift I rounded a corner and my headlights lit up one of our feral cats, a black and white bob-tail. She was stalking a rabbit. The rabbit was spooked and took off. The look the cat gave me would have killed a lesser man.
I bet. We look after a couple of ferals around our property. They are stone cold assassins and don't take kindly to being disturbed in the act!
She went after the rabbit anyway and the resulting tackle brought to mind Marlin Perkins and scenes from Wild Kingdom.
