The apostles died for the truth

And they did it willingly because they knew it was the truth

Is this an appeal to church tradition?

We wouldn’t be here over 2000 years later still fighting over the same thing if it wasn’t true. They wouldn’t have tried to erase Christians repeatedly if it wasn’t true. George W wouldn’t have brought down the towers on Jesus’s birthday if it wasn’t true. (You’ll notice how they keep trying to turn Christians against Muslims and vice versa) Jesus would not be mentioned in other religions if it wasn’t true. Do other religions mention other prophets? Being a Christian isn’t based on faith of the unknown….it is based on fact

Thanks for making me cry. Jesus Christ is King, Jesus Christ is Love, Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Way, and the Light.

Hence why the Catholic Church is Apostolic.

Nobody willing dies for what they know to be a lie.

Amen. Including Jesus's half-brother.

The point is, they were so convinced that Christ conquered death and was the Son of God that they were willing to walk through a life of persecution for believing it.
