It gained fame in 2012 when a viral photo showcased its beauty. This edible corn pops like popcorn or grinds into cornmeal for dishes like polenta. Grow it in full sun, 30 inches apart, and harvest in 110-120 days when husks dry. A true gem for gardeners and food lovers!
