The assisted suicide bill has been published today. Archbishop John said this is a physical, spiritual & moral threat. Archbishop John said, as followers of the Lord Jesus, "if we don’t stand up and value the dignity of human life, who will?" Please act and oppose this bill

While I respect your misgivings on religious grounds, please respect my choice should I decide to take it. I have no religion . Why should your religious beliefs take away a person's ability to end their pain and suffering?

The dignity of other people's lives is theirs not yours. You deciding what someone can and can't do isn't protecting dignity it's telling them what they should do

Allowing someone to end pain and suffering by having a peaceful death is valuing the dignity of human life. Why should your superstition impinge on my right to die at a time of my choosing?

How many times have you heard a doctor tell someone they only have 6 months to live yet are still here years later ! A man was told he had 6 months year to live, so he sold his house went on a world cruise then was still alive so wanted to sue the NHS for making him homeless !
