The ATF overrules your state law enforcement to infringe on your Second Amendment rights. That's why I plan to reintroduce Former Congressman Matt Gaetz bill to abolish the ATF.

@FmrRepMattGaetz There is no reason for the ATF to exist. It is a redundant agency that abused its power. States can enforce their own laws.

@FmrRepMattGaetz There’s no need for a department to regulate what is already stated, specifically, in the Constitution. The need for departments comes from the unconstitutional usurpation of law and order in the 80’s when a compromised SCOTUS allowed the bureaucracy we currently need to remove.

This a very fine line going on here. I agree there should not be interference with federal laws and local government's or sovereign states. For instance, 2A constitutional rights. But in this matter, there is nothing constitutional about illegal aliens. You liberal governors or mayor's, don't win this one. You commit a crime if you violate the law.
