The Attitude Era will always be untouchable and you know it
32 Comments

Crowd having natural reactions. What a time to be alive. No phones in the air. Take me back man.

Monday night raw also. Every Monday night was must watch TV! And The Rock was OVER!! 🐐🐐

No lies detected. 🔥 The Attitude Era had the chaos, characters, rivalries and moments that made everyone want to tune in. Untouchable.

Me waiting for stone cold to come out and stunner everyone

Real fans, electric crowd, Jim Ross passion on commentary, fast paced action. This was peak.

i really did not realize how important jr and jerry king was to the attitude era until i got older 🤌🏾🔥🔥🔥 shit was peak forsure

Man they just looked and moved differently back then. They didn’t all look weak, gay or severely overweight like they do now. They actually looked like what you’d imagine if you tried to imagine a professional wrestler. Way more aura too.

@BlaqKobra 😭😭it just felt like anything could happen.. we was on edge every Monday night man

The rock needs his own updated animations in 2k games because he is too slow in the current ones.

This > the crap we get now Maybe @WWE, @TripleH, and @TKOGrp should rewatch some of the old episodes… take notes yall

True statement but hard for me to watch Chris

No phones in the air, 5 or 6 things going on at once; you didn’t know where to look, how to feel, lol it was the best era ever and it’s not even close

Those kicks on Shane O Mac from The Rock always get me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

ALL OF THIS ON A MONDAY NIGHT RAW MIND YOU. TELEVISION BROADCAST! NOT A DAMN PLE OR PPV. VINCE KNEW WHAT WAS UP.

Like 95% of the roster were over. (I might even be lowballing) Timing is everything. For years I couldn't wait for Monday and Thursday nights. I stopped watching in 2007 and didn't watch anything until the Royal Rumble in 2024 and hated it.. dipshit streamers are the surprise now

I was a kid when this era.. Still this hype and fighers karishma is higher like volt

Honestly it was the writing. I'll never hate on @THEVinceRusso. He gave us great entertaining television.

This was real wrestling. A single weekly show from the Attitude Era easily outperforms a massive premium event in the modern era. Back then, top stars fought every week. Today, mid-carders do the heavy lifting while mega-stars just talk on the mic, plus the ridiculous comedy acts

This one clip Is better than any Raw Smackdown or PPV over the last 10 years

The best of times man

Amen

The best hands down

The rocks air kicks can never be replicated

Shane was a real one. Didn't need to do any of it, took as many bumps as ANY of 'em. Back when wrestling was wrestling and we didn't have to sit through botched move after botched move and lame storylines w no intrigue or blood or chair shots. Take me back!

Was this fake kicking necessary though

The best !!!

Sin ninguna duda. La mejor decada de la WWF.

Every single wrestler was over

Look at the energy man

All this star power in this one clip 🥲🥲..Priceless

The genuine feel of pure drama and individual characterisation will never be recreated. These guys knew how to sell every aspect of the product.

It could never happen again and was always going to have a short shelf life. But other than that, yeah.
