"Every team wants to win a championship, but not every team wants to do the things required for a championship. And here's the thing: it's easy to be an average team. It doesn't require a lot. It's less adversity to be average in the world. The consequences of being average aren't easy. We end up wearing them. There's strain and struggle that comes with that too. The standard is just lower to be an average team. To be a championship team, to be champion, to be a championship team member here . . . I'm not gonna lie to you . . . I'm going to tell you the truth. It is harder. It is. The question is: Is it worth it? Some people say, "Oh it's not harder work." Yes it is. It's harder work. You can pursue comfort or you can pursue excellence. If we pursue comfort, we gotta give up some excellence. But if we pursue excellence, then we're just going to face more adversity. Everyone who's ever accomplished something excellence has had to overcome it. We are here today for a reason. Two reasons actually. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us. Reason #2 is let's make sure that we are preparing for the adversity that those opportunities require. And just understand: every single time you lever up your opportunities and you identify, "Oh there's something more I can do, more I can achieve. I can get better. I can earn more. I can do this." It's going to be matched with the adversity that comes with it. I want to make sure we are prepared for both of those, so that we're not chasing big opportunities and then getting mad when things start getting harder along the way. Is that fair? Does that make sense?"

We launched ViralCuts just over a month ago. And we're crushing it for customers: - 100,000,000+ video views - Millions of engagements - Hundreds of thousands of followers added Oh yeah... We just crossed 7-figures in ARR A few lessons on building a productized service 👇 --- 1️⃣ Your Pricing Model is Everything We've iterated our pricing 3 times. Within a month. With every new sales call and customer, we're learning how to optimize our price & offer. Make sure you're hitting the sweet spot between the value your customer gets and your own need to have healthy margins. Ideally this is something like cost Staff Cost * 4 / Project Capacity = Price 2️⃣ Obsess Over Customer Experience Within minutes of signing up all new customers receive a warm welcome from their Project Manager. We make sure they understand how everything works. We offer to hop on a call to answer any questions when getting started. We communicate updates daily. Feedback is addressed instantly. Across all of our businesses we make sure customers know that we really give a sh*t. 3️⃣ Maintain the Highest Standards Our team is really, really good. I'd argue the best. But we still have the occasional struggle. Sometimes a video is a miss. Sometimes a ball gets dropped. Every time there's a little turbulence, we write down what happened, our solution to the problem, and then we update our Guidelines and Process. You can't avoid all mistakes. But you can learn from them and create systems & expectations to avoid them from repeating. 4️⃣ Don't Stress Your Capacity If you're lucky enough to get a lot of demand, you may be tempted to take on more work than you can handle. Don't. Yeah, money is cool and all, but delivering a poor experience and hurting your reputation is a stain that you can't wash out. Only take on customers if you're certain you can deliver the highest-quality work and experience for them. 5️⃣ Choose Your Partners Carefully Greatest decision I made in building ViralCuts was easily who I chose to partner with. Codie Sanchez and Sam Parr have been huge when it comes to: - video quality feedback - customer process - content & growth - financial fine-tuning Here's a new video to show you what ViralCuts is all about. Roll that beautiful footage! 🎥

This speech from Ustad Sayyaf clearly shows how Mujahideen leaders can fail miserably when they are tested with power and wealth. Full translation; We can never live with them in the future, we can never reconcile between Islam and Kufr, not today and not in the future. Friendship with the disbelievers, friendship with the enemies of Islam, is completely forbidden in Islam, and you will not be able to find an excuse for such friendship in Islam. The Islamic ruling on this is clear. We waged jihad for the establishment of the Islamic system. In this Islamic system, only Muslims can rule. Be very careful with your work. Make an effort, this is necessary for you, me and every leader of jihad, to uphold your promises, and don’t ever break your promises (of establishing the Islamic system). The prophet (pbuh) said that in the next life, for every traitor, behind him a flag will be raised, the height of the flag will be according to level betrayal, and the highest flags will be behind the treacherous leaders. May Allah (swt) protect our leaders, our mujahideen and our commanders from that outcome. It is forbidden to have any type of relationship with Zindeeq and apostates. You are not even allowed to trade with apostates. You are not even allowed to travel with them. You can’t even ask for directions from them. You can’t even give them directions if they ask you. This is an Islamic ruling. For this reason, if a communist was Muslim and left Islam, he is an apostate, and it is forbidden to be tolerant towards him. You are not even allowed to talk to them…

ZELENSKYY ON HIS CONVERSATION WITH ABRAMOVICH: Ceasefire is the biggest compromise from our side to your side. ZELENSKYY: Abramovich, so he came to Kyiv,bI think that he said: "I have message direct to you, and I want to get message, and take message from you, and to give it to Putin." But he said that it has to be silently, without any kind of, public messages. I said, "Look, it's your choice. Okay, for us it doesn't matter, public or un-public." But it's always with Russians such way. If they say something has to be between us, it's mean that tomorrow not only we will know about it. But it's not a secret. He came, and he wanted to give me the message that they want to to understand what we are ready to do. I said: "The question is not about us. You are fighting against us on our territory." And I said to him about Donbas, it was the key message. And I said: "No, we will not leave, and we will not go out from our territory. No, we will not give you a victory such way. And you will not get it." And we spoke about any kind of compromises. I said that all the compromises after ceasefire. Ceasefire is the biggest compromise from our side to your side. JOURNALIST: So is he a go-between now? Between you and Vladimir Putin, he's going back and forth? ZELENSKYY: I don't know. When he got message from me, he said he will go directly to Putin. I said: "Okay, I'm ready to meet, not in Moscow, not in Belarus, and not in Minsk," and it's understandable why. I said, "You can choose any time from tomorrow. You can choose any day, any format. We can choose with President Trump. I'm sure that he will be ready to come, and we can do it with Europeans. I'm sure that everybody want to help, or we can choose the way bilateral, just bilateral meeting."

Catherine Austin Fitts: "[With] digital ID & programmable money...you're talking about complete control...[&]...we are in a political war between the mega-rich & everybody else. And the question [for] the mega-rich [is] how are you going to control the many when you are few?" This clip of Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, investment banker, and founder of the Solari Report (The Solari Report | Catherine Austin Fitts), is taken from an interview with Holistic Hilda posted to YouTube on September 26, 2025. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "My chief concern, if you look at what AI is good at, AI is very good at simulating anything that can be expressed mathematically. And of course, the thing we all know can be expressed mathematically are our, financial transactions. And the reality is, if I can track you closely where you're going and what you're doing, and I can get you on programmable money which can be turned on and off, then I can start to use AI and surveillance systems and algorithms to basically manage and control your behavior. "If I want you living in a 15 minute city, your money won't work beyond the 15 minutes unless you do what I say. We have a wonderful woman who runs our team Cash, and she says, what are you going to do when they show up and say either you transgender your children or we're going to turn off your money? "So what we're talking about doing is building a system that will allow you to be surveillance and tracked and turn your money on and off, or incentivize you or penalize you in a variety of ways with your money that can be integrated with your behavior. "So once you add programmable, all this stuff looks great. And there are many wonderful applications in theory, but when you integrate it with a digital ID and programmable money, then you're talking about complete control. And let me tell you why that's a problem. If you look around the world today, we are watching many different divide and conquer tactics used to cover up the real problem. "Right now we are in a political war between the mega rich and everybody else. And, the question is, if you're the mega rich, how are you going to control the many when you are few? The way you're going to do it was with programmable money. But programmable money doesn't click in and work well unless you've got everybody on the grid. You need to be able to track them, you need to be able to watch their behavior, you need to be able to influence their behavior. "And then you've got complete control. And that is not just wearables, that is not just an Internet of bodies. That is a coup d' Etat. That is the end of human liberty in the West."

Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan’s advice for startups: “When you’re small, act small” A lot of founders try to emulate large companies, and will do things like use the same terminology as Microsoft to describe their products. But Garry argues this is a mistake: “When you’re starting something new, the whole advantage is that you’re a real human being. We are so starved for real, authentic connection that if you can talk to people and say ‘Hey, I’m the CEO. What do you need?’ That’s the most powerful thing.” Being small lets you offer fanatical customer support. Not only will this win customer trust, but it’ll help you find product/market fit. If you listen to customers, they will tell you what they want. “The reason why people don’t do this is they think starting a startup is building this incredibly complex machinery… But I encourage you to think about it in a different way. It’s more like throwing a really, really amazing party… You go there, you see a friend, they say ‘Welcome! Let me take your coat. Let me introduce you to your friends.’” For his first startup, Posterous, Garry and his team aimed to reply to every single customer support email within ten minutes. And if there was a bug, they fixed it on the spot. Human connection with your customers is really important. Garry cites a study on Usenet that found retention increased from 16% to 26% if someone received a reply to their post on the forum. As Garry explains: “A 10% difference in retention is actually the difference between a startup that’s flatlining and one that’s working. The compounding of this is really, really massive… Be small. Be human.” Video source: Stanford eCorner (2023)

Jeff Bezos on how to build a business strategy “I very frequently get the question: ‘What’s going to change in the next 10 years?” And that is an interesting question… But I almost never get the question: ‘What’s not going to change in the next 10 years?’ And I submit to you that that second question is actually the more important of the two.” Jeff argues: “You can build a business strategy around the things that are stable in time. In our retail business, we know that customers want low prices, and I know that’s going to be true 10 years from now. They want fast delivery. They want vast selection. It’s impossible to imagine a future 10 years from now where a customer comes up and says, ‘Jeff I love Amazon, I just wish the prices were a little higher.’ Or, ‘I love Amazon, I just wish you’d deliver a little slower.’ Impossible. And so we know the energy we put into these things today will still be paying dividends for our customers 10 years from now.” He gives AWS as another example. It’s impossible to imagine AWS customers asking for a less reliable or more expensive service. ”When you have something that you know is true, even over the long term, you can afford to put a lot of energy into it… The big ideas in business are often very obvious, but it’s very hard to maintain a firm grasp of the obvious at all times. But if you can do that and continue to spin up those flywheels and put energy into those things, over time, you build a better service for your customers on the things that genuinely matter to them.” Video source: Amazon Web Services (2012)

Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.
