To be extra clear, if you are a Postscript customer or EIA member, no registeration, bonding, disclosures, waking hours, etc. If you aren't a PS customer or EIA member, or you already registered in Texas, your situation is more complicated and you'll want to do your diligence. Scrum is a cancer. There's nothing more bureaucratic, dysfunctional, and slow than a team that just wants to build software, but they are being forced to do it using Scrum. If you are stuck with this, here is a recommendation that will change your life: Go to connect your email, GitHub account, and the software you use to manage projects, and build a workflow that will brief you before every standup. Dimension is pretty incredible. You can literally write a prompt and have Dimension build an agent that will do the work in the background for you. Example: "Go to Linear and GitHub and write a summary of the tasks I completed last week. Organize them based on priority and effort. Send me an email with the results." Schedule this workflow to run 10 minutes before your Scrum meetings, and you'll get an email right before you need it. You can have AI now do all sorts of tasks for you: 1. Brief you before a meeting 2. Reply or handle cold emails 3. Take care of support messages 4. Research tasks for you And all of this can happen unprompted, in the background. First, on the 17th of May 2025, we started . With Sir Dickson 's push, the likes and retweets from my mutuals and of course the patronage and referrals from my customers, we were able to stabilize the business and even scaled it. Now that has generated enough revenue and of course profit, it is time for the business to start funding itself and to do that we have decided to invest heavily in Branding and Publicity. Ladies and Gentlemen, starting from today, our customers will now receive their packages(mostly the small items like laptops, phones and other mini gadgets) in our branded boxes, cartons, Nylons and gift bags because we understand that presentation and packaging matters. The way the package comes is as important as the quality of the package itself because beyond anything else, when you buy from , you are paying for the full experience. Our goal is to place a product from in almost every home in Nigeria and with your continous patronage and support, we will definitely make that goal come true. We are working on so many things in the background to make the experience and of course every dime you entrust to us completely worth it. We will be making the announcements one at a time as we continue to grow. Thank you to you all once again for your continued support and patronage. We at do not take it for granted.🙏

Great products come from deep intimacy with the customer. You have to be in the trenches - watching, feeling, experiencing the product the way customers do. I joke with my team that they should know our customer so well they know what gum they chew. Twice a year, we fly customers to our off-sites to spend a whole week with our team. That week, the customer stops being an abstraction and becomes a real person with real problems. We encourage them to roast us, to build alongside us in our hackathons and to debate our roadmap with us. Last month we were joined by a restaurant owner who has used Owner to grow his business from a single food truck to +30 locations and 9 figures in annual revenue. His success wasn't an accident. It's the result of our team spending thousands of hours in the trenches with restaurant owners like him. The best feeling in the world is watching something you built actually change someone's life. I'm going to tell you the truth. It is harder. It is. The question is: Is it worth it? Some people say, "Oh it's not harder work." Yes it is. It's harder work. You can pursue comfort or you can pursue excellence. If we pursue comfort, we gotta give up some excellence. But if we pursue excellence, then we're just going to face more adversity. Everyone who's ever accomplished something excellence has had to overcome it. We are here today for a reason. Two reasons actually. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us. Reason #2 is let's make sure that we are preparing for the adversity that those opportunities require. And just understand: every single time you lever up your opportunities and you identify, "Oh there's something more I can do, more I can achieve. I can get better. I can earn more. I can do this." It's going to be matched with the adversity that comes with it. I want to make sure we are prepared for both of those, so that we're not chasing big opportunities and then getting mad when things start getting harder along the way. Is that fair? Ideally this is something like cost Staff Cost * 4 / Project Capacity = Price 2️⃣ Obsess Over Customer Experience Within minutes of signing up all new customers receive a warm welcome from their Project Manager. We make sure they understand how everything works. We offer to hop on a call to answer any questions when getting started. We communicate updates daily. Feedback is addressed instantly. Across all of our businesses we make sure customers know that we really give a sh*t. 3️⃣ Maintain the Highest Standards Our team is really, really good. I'd argue the best. But we still have the occasional struggle. Sometimes a video is a miss. Sometimes a ball gets dropped. Every time there's a little turbulence, we write down what happened, our solution to the problem, and then we update our Guidelines and Process. You can't avoid all mistakes. But you can learn from them and create systems & expectations to avoid them from repeating. 4️⃣ Don't Stress Your Capacity If you're lucky enough to get a lot of demand, you may be tempted to take on more work than you can handle. Don't. Yeah, money is cool and all, but delivering a poor experience and hurting your reputation is a stain that you can't wash out. If you don't know what a RAG system is, you're already behind. Plenty of people are still typing questions into ChatGPT and pasting answers back out. That's the beginner level. You're renting a smart stranger who forgets you the second you close the tab and makes things up, because it has never seen your actual work. A RAG system is a completely different level of using AI. You build an AI plugged into your own world. Your files, company's docs, notes. It's not pulling from the internet, it only knows what you fed it. Today, we launched our official Claude connector at Quo (formerly OpenPhone). Now you can get insights from every customer conversation, send bulk messages, update contacts, and so much more - all directly inside Claude. I've been using this every day to understand how things are going for our inbound sales team, what's working with prospects, and where the coaching opportunities are. With the Claude connector, I create a scheduled task that scores all the transcripts from our Quo phone number against 2 of our sales rubrics and outputs a report with a summary, score, and any coaching opportunities. Let's be honest, no manager has time to listen to and score 50 calls a day. But Claude does. Now I just check Slack every morning, where Claude delivers all the context I need. Every Quo customer with Claude now has this capability (and so much more). Connecting the tools takes minutes, and then work that used to require an Engineering team is only a prompt away.
