this has nothing to do with today. In 2019 Azov Regiment's National Corps, announced to no longer be led by Biletsky. In 2022 Azov Regiment announced it "evolved" and it's "no longer a neo-Nazi organization." Azov Regiment has also removed symbols like Wolfsangel from its logo

Azov movement leader and 3rd corps commander Andriy Biletsky presided over a torchlit ceremony of the reburial of OUN leader Yevhen Konovalets who collaborated with the nazis and was killed by a Soviet agent before the WWII. The reburial is part of the new history policy pursued by Zelensky’s administration under its new chief Kyrylo Budanov.
