The battle against the king

This is Robin Hood with Russell Crowe as Robin Hood, Mark Strong as Sir Godfrey and Cate Blanchett as Maid Marion. Showing a fictional french invasion of England. The movie is awesome and Crowe's accent is actually spot on for the region, no idea about the bs AI voiceover 💩

Thats possibly the dumbest scene i have ever seen

Russle Crowe in Robin Hood

This movie was visually stunning but historically completely inaccurate. D-Day landing ships! Really! Fuck off with that BS!

Why don't u add the name of the movie?

@grok what is the title

I'm surprised I haven't seen this movie before

Title ?

@grok where to watch

We have the high ground with the enemy in a perfect kill zone, raining death at our whim. But let's give all that up and go toe to toe with heavily armoured troops

Good old medieval Omaha beach ...

Fight till the end.

@grok what is the name of this movie?

Opposed amphibious landings in the middle ages were incredibly rare. The most famous one was perhaps the Norman conquest of England, but really they disembarked and then immediately had to fight a battle. But they didn't in fact fight while landing. This is visual language once again borrowed from World War 2 warfare, as is incredibly common in Hollywood depictions of the medieval era
