Turkish President Erdogan: In traditional warfare, the decisive factors were force concentration and the number of platforms available. Today, we see that technology, information, unmanned systems, rapid decision-making, and support mechanisms have been added to these factors. Wars are no longer fought solely on the battlefield. They are also waged through cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns. Critical infrastructure, power transmission lines, and trade routes are targeted by kamikaze drones. In this new operational environment, where reconnaissance and real-time intelligence have become indispensable force multipliers, planning as well as command and control have become more critical than ever. Today, I would like to state with great pride: The officers trained at our National Defence University demonstrate exceptional performance in both planning and command and control.

Ukrainian Defenders of the 127th Kharkiv Heavy Mechanized Brigade rescued 14 civilians, including a family with three children, from a basement in Kupiansk, Donetsk region. There were also two Russian soldiers in the basement, who were using civilians as human shields. They are inexpensive, easy to deploy, and posing a constant threat to soldiers and civilians alike. Still the best means to counter this threat is to physicly destroy or intercept a drone. We are raising funds to fulfil the request if the Ukraine’s 79th Assault Brigade to equip them with net launcher systems to protect soldiers and save lives.
