BBC Radio 4 news inaccurately reporting just now that the man knocking out Carini was a woman with “high testosterone levels”. That the previous ban was because of levels of the hormone. WRONG. Have they not bothered to research the IBA ban?

It's a step forward from ignoring it completely. @BBCSport please stop using the language of gender identity belief to report on events. You could use no pronouns at all e.g. "this athlete", and it's a test to validate someone's *sex*. "Gender" refers to a belief, sex to a fact

Failed female "gender test". In other words: man.

What's a gender test? Whether he does a smoky eye properly? It's a man.

I am assuming a ‘gender test’ involves looking at a persons clothes and taste in Musical theatre? Perhaps a Sex test may have been more useful 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's a sex test, no such thing as gender test. He failed test because his sex is male. Irrelevant what gender he wants to be 🤬🤬🤬
