The Belgian leader talking about the "free world" and Ukraine. Much of Belgium's infrastructure and "Builder King" projects were funded by brutal Belgian colonial Congolese extraction. Today, Belgium remains a global hub for diamond trading in Antwerp, a sector with deep historical and ongoing ties to Congolese minerals. 10 million Congolese people died during the rule of Belgiums King Leopold II (1885–1908). This represents approximately half of the population at the time. The legacy lives on.

How public money has been wasted 👇 👉 There was a tripartite agreement between the Government of India, the All Assam Students Union, and the Government of Assam as a conflict resolution measure; the NRC project was started in Assam in 2005. As the project was nearing its logical end, the BJP government in Assam and the Government of India decided to keep the entire NRC project in cold storage, allowing the wastage of nearly Rs 1,800 crores of public money. 👉 In the last seven years, the public debt has increased by almost 1,500 percent in Assam. The FRBM Act has also been tweaked. Despite constant warnings from the CAG and the Reserve Bank, the Government of Assam continues to take on public debt. : Pradyut Bordoloi ji in Lok Sabha
