@EMostaque More coming to ii-agent!

Wowww

Impressive open-source AI agent

Fork it to stress test integrations and share fixes

Open-sourcing the agent is the right play. The question for research use: does it maintain context across multi-session investigations? Can a researcher pause, review, redirect, and resume? That's the approval gate pattern that separates demos from production workflows.

Single prompt to app still breaks in weird places. Open source is how people actually find the rough edges fast.

Finally, an open-source agent that actually lets you go from idea to product.

Prompt to research brief is the right demo. The missing piece: what happens between prompt and output? Can you inspect, steer, approve at checkpoints? That separates toy from tool. Tracking these:

@EMostaque when models are swappable the integration layer becomes the whole product. shipping with gmail, slack, notion built in is the right bet

Cool … can’t wait to work on my own projects ❤️

Amazing! This link goes to unauthorized page:

The real test isn't building from prompts. It's whether open source agents can handle ambiguity, context switching, and failure gracefully. Most will hallucinate workflows nobody asked for.
