Vehicles bearing registration numbers from both Punjab and Himachal Pradesh are being stopped to collect the toll. The organization claims that the money collected will be used for the welfare of poor families. It further stated that if the governments of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab fail to find a solution, it will continue collecting the toll permanently in the future.
