My mom taught me this at a young age I remember I was crying and whining, and my mom sat me down and told me that if I wanted to speak with her or if I was upset, I needed to take a second and figure out what I needed to say and do. That me acting this way wouldn't help me when talking to others. I went into my room, sat, and realized why I was upset. I learned I wasn't upset and could tell her what I needed, and I got it. This is the same person who taught me that if I want to learn something, I don't know. I must learn to research it. She had a small collection of encyclopedias, so b4 asking my mother, I would read them to see if I could find my idea. Most of the time, I didn't know what I was reading, but it was something I practiced until this day. I have taught myself many skills, such as fixing my car and programming. Learning how to speak to others helps you talk to your true self

He’s right! Reading out loud is underrated. It’s even better if you record yourself reading out loud, then listen to the recording. You can pin point where you need to improve.
