Unique to me - It looked like McCafferey stayed in a “right-foot back” stance whether he was aligned on the left or right side of the formation. Possibly a comfort consideration and not just the standard inside or outside foot up or back consideration. Great video. 👍🏈

Back from Nebraska Football and I wanted to share what I learned from Matt Rhule I visited him at his Training Camp but what I saw since he attended my training camp made me realize that leaders need training camp to. When I speak to a team I always notice the coaches in the back listening as well. Sometimes I think they benefit as much if not more than the players….which is a good thing. An organization and team can only grow as the leader grows. Leaders who grow and get better build teams and organizations that get better.

I would just simply say I find it shameful to have to endure lectures from them on adherence to the rule of law to a man who has spent virtually his entire career in pursuit of upholding the rule of law,

I beg some of these people to take some time in the training area, just 10-20 minutes tops, to learn the basics of the mechanics. That clip just reinforces why devs add a training mode to games like this, why it's in your best interest to at least practice basic mechanics and combos. It's crazy how much more fun a game can be when you at least try to engage with what the game gives you instead of doing the bare minimum.
