There was an old SNL skit where Reagan was in the Oval Office, and different people would come in for like a photo op, and he was grandpa mode, then they would step out of the Oval Office and generals would be ushered in the room and he’d flip a map around and start talking with sharp detail about some war plan. A Biden version of this would probably work well too.
