Mike Walsh, CEO of Tomorrow and author of The Algorithmic Leader, makes the case that the leaders who will get AI right aren't pure technologists. They're people who understand culture, language, and how intelligence flows through an organization. The shift is already underway. The question is if your org is designing for it.

Sam Altman said it straight in a CNBC interview: the companies adopting AI the most are hiring the most, and the ones doing layoffs are the ones adopting AI the least. This completely flips the narrative that AI is killing jobs. At the end of the day, AI is a productivity tool. Yes, some jobs will become redundant and obsolete, that is how it is for every technological revolution. But those who adopt quickly will have a higher chance of making it.
