The biggest IPO warning in 100 YEARS. This pattern has NEVER failed. 1926 → Goldman Sachs 1972 → Intel 1999 → AT&T Wireless 2026 → SpaceX Each mega IPO arrived exactly on the peak of a major market bubble. Then the S&P 500 crashed. → 1926 crash: 86% →... show more

stupid shit. ipo's happen all the time. of course, you will find some that happen just before a major market crash. that doesn't mean every ipo is on the eve of a major market crash, though.

How did you become such a market genius? Confidently calling tops and boasting about it! BTW the crash came in 1929 not 1926. Holding short for 3 years may have been a trite painful.

Big day today for you!!

Mega IPOs aren’t a sign of growth, they are the ultimate exit liquidity for insiders. History doesn't lie.

I don't think its a bubble now, but it will be later if people keep chasing every new ipo that hits the market

SpaceX might be a top signal. the "trust me bro" part is less convincing

So Goldman Sachs IPO caused the 1929 crash, not the other way around?

spacex down bad? my ai tools already pivoted

Some of the historical comparisons feel forced, but the core idea makes sense. Big liquidity events usually happen when buyers are most willing to believe anything.

History is worth studying, but markets love humbling “never fails” narratives 😅📚 Staying open-minded beats marrying any single outcome. Grab the popcorn and manage risk 🍿📊 #MarketCycles

Interesting take on mega IPOs as potential market signals, but a few key details need clarification for accuracy: - Goldman Sachs IPO was May 1999, not 1926. The ~86-89% S&P decline was the 1929-1932 Great Depression crash. - Intel IPO was Oct 1971 (not 1972). The 1973-74 bear market saw S&P 500 drop ~48%. - AT&T Wireless IPO was April 2000 (not 1999). S&P 500 fell ~49% in the 2000-2002 dot-com bust. While AI/tech concentration is high (~39%+ tech sector market cap recently, with AI-related even higher), and SpaceX just had a record June 2026 IPO, the selective historical "never failed" pattern doesn't hold precisely due to timing and attribution issues. Mega IPOs often happen in strong markets but aren't a reliable crash predictor on their own. Sources: Goldman Sachs history, Intel investor FAQ, AT&T/Wired reporting on 2000 IPO, S&P bear market data from historical records. What are your thoughts on current valuations vs. past cycles?

Man, that SpaceX IPO crash pattern from history is wild. Those big drops look scary. Markets sure keep us on our toes, bro.

Market Alert 🚨

Mega IPOs always signal the top somehow

What a genius

u notice how it keeps going up each time it goes down? there is no fear to monger here

top signal or top indicator, pick your fighter

Genuinely curious on the mechanics here. SpaceX just IPO'd at $1.77T. So the pattern is now complete by your logic. What's the timeline for the crash, and what's your trigger? Asking because if you've actually called 10 years of tops and bottoms, that's worth tracking closely.

Interesting take but history doesn't always rhyme this perfectly

My investment strategy ⬇️

This is what every single job market on the planet does.. Example: I went to work in Solar at the very beginning. You had to be an engineer right out of college to get a job installing. Now? They are all installed by average everyday hard working roofers... Lul, if I have ever seen one. This isn't history anymore, it is copy and paste.. This guy is spot on.. But, I believe it to be a bubble of bubble separations. Their cost goes down, the cost to use does as well. People that do not join (Companies) will start to falter. Eventually finding it hard to account for any process. Ai, isn't just an option. It is all of the options at once.. Go @Bitcoin
